For NEW players in Kindergarten through second grade who want to try the sport of lacrosse.

March 4th, 5pm - 6pm for Boys, 6pm - 7pm for Girls.
1 Countryside Lane, Voorheesville. First Barn on the left as you pull in.

Wear sneakers or cleats.

2026 Spring Lacrosse - Girls and Boys

Recreational Spring Lacrosse - 2026
  • Boys and Girls - Grades K through 6
  • Season will start in March (indoor practices in Voorheesville for grades 3-6), and in April for Grades K-2.
  • Season will run through mid-June
  • Practices during the week, games on Saturdays and Sundays around the Capital District
  • JUNE TOURNAMENT: 3/4 and 5/6 players will have the option to attend one travel tournament (Syracuse area) in late June!

Also:
  • Volunteer as a Head Coach and have your USA Lacrosse Membership ($60) covered by the club.
  • Uniforms will be new this year - the cost is included in registration for this year. Jerseys purchased this year can be used in future seasons.
