In an effort to better support the growing needs of youth lacrosse in Voorheesville, the club is instituting a new policy for rental of boy's equipment starting in Spring 2023. 

Voorheesville Blackbird Youth Lacrosse offers boys the option to rent a set of equipment -- helmet, NOCSAE compliant shoulder/chest pads, elbow pads, and gloves. 

Equipment will be made available by the club to:

• Boys in Kindergarten through 3rd grade.
• First year players, regardless of grade.
• Players with financial hardships.
  

Exceptions to the above must be approved by the Voorheesville Blackbird Youth Lacrosse Board.

All equipment is to be returned at the end of that player's season, The club will no longer be renting out equipment through the winter offseason.

Any player wishing to rent equipment from the club will do so through the registration process. Equipment rental is $50 for the season, plus a $125 deposit which will be refunded when the equipment is returned ($175 total at registration). The $50 covers upkeep on club equipment, and the $125 will be kept by the club if the equipment is not returned.
